Unwind and Restore: Yin Yoga

This gentle Yin Yoga class invites you to move at a softer pace, with long-held, floor-based poses designed to ease tension, calm a busy mind and create space to simply breathe. There is no rushing, no pressure and no expectation to keep up — just time to reconnect with yourself. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an existing practice.

I’m not very flexible—can I still join?+

Absolutely. You don’t need to be flexible to practise yoga. Classes are designed to be accessible and supportive, allowing you to move in a way that feels right for your body.

Do I need to be fit to join?+

Not at all. Classes are gentle and designed to support you wherever you’re starting from.

What if I need to rest during class?+

You’re encouraged to listen to your body at all times. Resting is always welcome and is just as much a part of the practice as movement.

If you’re looking for gentle movement, Slow Flow may be a good place to start. If you feel in need of rest and stillness, Yin Yoga offers a slower, more meditative practice. You’re always welcome to try both and see what feels best for you.

What should I wear?+

Wear something comfortable and easy to move in, so you can fully relax into your practice.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?+

All equipment is provided, so you can simply arrive and settle in. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if that feels more comfortable.
