Slow Flow Yoga in Skipton
Gentle, mindful movement at an unhurried pace.
Give yourself permission to slow down
In the middle of a busy week, this class offers a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself. Blending gentle mindful movement with calming breathwork, you’ll ease tension from the body, quiet the mind, and create space for stillness.
This is not about pushing or striving — it’s about moving slowly, with awareness, and allowing your nervous system to reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer and more balanced, ready to move through the rest of your week with greater ease.

Book this classSlow Flow FAQs
What is slow flow yoga?+
Slow flow links gentle postures together with the breath, but at a much slower pace than a typical vinyasa class. There’s time to settle into each position, and no rush to keep up with anyone.
How is slow flow different from yin yoga?+
Slow flow keeps you gently moving, so it’s a good choice if you’d like to ease stiffness and feel a little more mobile. Yin is almost entirely still, with poses held for several minutes at a time. Many people come to both — you’re welcome to try each and see what suits you.
Is it suitable for beginners?+
Yes. Classes are open to all levels and everything is guided, with alternatives offered as we go. Plenty of people come along having never done yoga before.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?+
Neither. The class is designed to meet you where you are, and resting whenever you need is always welcome.
What should I bring?+
Just yourself. Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are all provided. Wear something comfortable to move in, and you might like a bottle of water and a warm layer for the final relaxation.
When is the slow flow class in Skipton?+
