Slow Flow: Midweek Reset

Give yourself permission to slow down.

In the middle of a busy week, this class offers a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself. Blending gentle mindful movement with calming breathwork, you’ll ease tension from the body, quiet the mind, and create space for stillness.

This is not about pushing or striving — it’s about moving slowly, with awareness, and allowing your nervous system to reset. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced, ready to move through the rest of your week with greater ease.

How yoga can help

Emotional Wellbeing

Yoga offers space to slow down and gently process how you’re feeling. Through breath, movement and stillness, it can help you release tension and soften what feels heavy.

Inner Calm

Regular practice can help quiet a busy mind, bringing a sense of steadiness and calm - especially during times when life feels overwhelming.

Reconnect with Yourself

Yoga creates space to turn inward, helping you feel more connected to your body, your breath and what you need in each moment.

Gentle Strength and Support

Slow, mindful movement helps to build strength in a way that feels supportive rather than intense, improving stability and confidence in your body over time.

Ease Stiffness and Improve Mobility

Gentle stretching and longer-held poses can help release tightness, support joint health and improve overall mobility.

Rest and Reset

In a world that moves quickly, yoga offers a chance to pause. To rest deeply, restore your energy and give your body the time it needs to reset.
